Crispy Oven Roasted Cauliflower with Parmesan Cheese

This easy oven Roasted Cauliflower with Parmesan Cheese is made on a single sheet pan and is ready in just 30 minutes. Tender cauliflower with deliciously crispy edges practically melts in your mouth. It’s a healthy side dish that pairs well with many types of meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium-sized Head of Cauliflower, about 2 pounds
  • 1 tablespoons Avocado Oil or Pure Olive Oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly cracked
  • cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

  • Toss until the cauliflower is coated with the oil and seasonings. Bake for 25 minutes or until browned and tender crisp.
