What I love about this recipe is how easy it is! When you can bake multiple components of a meal all on one pan, not only does it cut down on active cooking time, but it cuts down on dish washing time too!

Is the Hidden Valley seasoning the same as the dip mix?
For this recipe, yes! Since we’re only using the dry seasoning as a dry rub, you can use either the Dip Mix or the Seasoning Mix.

What to Serve with Boneless Ranch Pork Chops
I like to serve this pork chop sheet pan meal with some steamed or roasted asparagus or green beans. But an easy garden salad, Brussels sprouts, broccoli florets or your favorite vegetable would be the perfect way to round out this simple meal!
Tips for Making Hidden Valley Ranch Pork Chops
- Don’t add extra salt. There’s plenty of seasoning from the Ranch Seasoning. Additional salt will make this dish too salty.
- Use thicker cut pork chops that are at least 1 – 1 1/2 inches thick. Thin pork chops will cook faster and require quite a bit less baking time. If you only have thin pork chops, cut your potatoes smaller so they cook faster or remove the pork chops from the oven and let them rest on a plate under loosely tented foil until the potatoes are crisp on the outside and soft in the center.
- Don’t overcook! Cook the pork chops just until they reach 145 degrees F. Over-cooked pork chops will be tough and chewy.
